How our Project Managers can add value to your project execution:

We begin with a high-level project scope Q&A session to understand your budget, time frame, in-house capabilities and ideally meet with key stakeholders.

Based on your company’s interests, Rojan will assign a project manager tailored to your needs in order to further assess requirements and align with key stakeholders.

Once key stakeholders and sponsors agree on the scope and sign off on a project charter /authorization form, the project will move into the deployment phase.

Throughout project lifecycles, the project manager will follow rigorous quality control and constantly monitor the risks and issues. Stakeholders will be updated regularly, ensuring the project budget is on track and informing them of any changes that may arise. Project managers will go through a predefined project scope of the management process.

Once all activities are completed and products / services are ready to Go Live, we will ensure a clear handover from the project to the operation team, along with completed and clearly defined cutover steps.

Once the product / service has launched, the project will move into the closing phase. We will oversee that all documentation is ensured, handover processes are completed, financials are closed, and a “lesson learned” session will be held.
